Ranshe Homes built my house much earlier than anticipated and it has been a very smooth and stress-free process. I started the process in March buying land and deciding on plans etc and have now moved in with no issues in between, and cannot thank Dammika and the site supervisor Franc for their excellent customer service.

Prior to choosing Ranshe Homes I had searched pretty much most of the builders, visited their display homes and although some are nicer than others but when I had a chat with my work colleague, visited his newly built home by Ranshe and after comparing the price with other builders, Ranshe came up on top being the most impressive in terms of quality and value for money.

What I liked about Ranshe Homes was the fact that what you see and what was explained during our discussions is what you get. Most of the other builders have display homes that look amazing but when you sit down and go through the numbers, you start off with a bare house and you have to have a long list of extras to make it look good. Whereas with Ranshe, their standard inclusions and quality finish give you a display-like home.

The friendliness, professionalism and communication of Ranshe’s staff have been a highlight. The staff during my colour selection was very helpful in assisting me decide on everything from tiles and paints that will make the house look nicer since there were so many to choose from. The interior designer was happy to give her input and guidance and she was very confident that the house will look spectacular because she was very knowledgeable and practical.

Few people I spoke with along the way have issues with builders mostly minor or major ones but thankfully I had no issues from start to finish. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and the proud owner of a new Ranshe Home. I will definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of building a new home. 

We are writing to you to express satisfaction with our new home which we moved in to a little over a year ago.

In general we are very happy with Ranshe for delivering what they did. The floor plan is excellent and the overall appearance of the home is great.It is very livable and we are very pleased and proud to own it.

We have previously had our house completed by Ranshe Project Management and Construction Pty Ltd. This was an unfinished product that the company took on, and began from the frame stage. Warren Junkeer was the builder and the main contact person whom which we liaised with.

During this time he was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and continually kept us up to date with every step of progress with our house. Living in another state made it very difficult for us to observe the house regularly, so Warren always made sure that he sent photos, emails and messages to us. We even left some of the colour decisions up to Warren and we are more than happy with his choices. He began the process in November 2009 and completed it in March 2010.

This being a 4 month process with a Christmas break in between. We found Warren to be a very trustworthy, honest person who worked productively to make the process run as smoothly as possible. We would not hesitate in recommending Ranshe Construction, and in particular, Warren Junkeer to build a dwelling for you. If we were looking for a builder in the area again, we would not hesitate in choosing this company.

This is to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ranshe Project Management and specially our project manager who did a great job in building our first house in Melbourne, Narre Warren. Nothing was too much for him. He even went out of his way beyond the contractual obligations and organised suppliers for the "extra's" we requested. Living in Buninyong, 100 kms from the properties, his input into this matter was very much appreciated.
